At NaNaMaLa, we want you to love your jewelry. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to arrange a return or exchange.

To be eligible, items must be unworn and in their original condition. Once your return is approved, we'll provide instructions for sending the item back. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or defective.
